What is Meet & Greet: Quite simply ultimate convenience at a price close to or better than on airport parking but without the hassle.

How does it work: With your booking reference you drive up to departures where you will be met by a fully qualified and insured driver. A short inspection to note any existing "blemishes", take your luggage out of the car and hand the key (and car) over. That's it! Now you can head straight to check in.

When you return you will be met at arrivals where your car is waiting for you.

A great way to avoid waiting for transfers, finding your car in the dark or driving rain. It also allows you to be later at the airport as there is no driving around to the airport parking and best of all there are no transfer delays. Pre book and just show up.

Gatwick meet and greet (valet parking) in 5 easy steps

  1. Accept the pre selected airport entry Gatwick or if you actually require another airport please change the selection. Enter dates and times for the quotation.
    For alternative airports we recommend to use the left navigation.
    Please note your car can be transferred between Gatwick and Heathrow. If you require this please change the arrival airport to reflect this.

  2. You will be transferred to the APH system. On the first screen just check your data and click on next which will validate the entries and provide you with a quote.


  3. To book please have your flight number, outbound departure time and the terminal information ready. Click Next and provide the additional information. Any comments you wish to make and also should you only have hand luggage please tick.

  4. If you have used the system before and allowed for your data to be stored you can now sign-in. For the first time or if you do not want your data stored please provide your details for the payment process.


  5. Payment is on secure servers (you will see https and the lock) you will receive immediate confirmation and a booking reference, which you can print. An e-mail with all details will be send as well.
