for women to cover their arms, knees and shoulders at all times when away from

from Dalaman airport). Picturesque fishing village famous for its Turtle Beach
– home to the endangered loggerhead turtle. the ruins of the ancient Lycian-style
city of Kaunos. Its notable tombs, theatre, and acropolis are reached by tour
boat, or by a short walk via rowing boat ferry across the Dalyan river. Another
excursion worth taking is a boat trip to the thermal springs by Lake Koycegiz
where you can relax in the unusual comfort of a sulphur mud bath. Gocek
(30 minutes from Dalaman airport). Still-charming fishing port much visited by
passing flotillas and bareboat-charted yyachts. Quiet limited accommodation available.
Hisaronu (120 minutes from Dalaman
airport). Smaller hillside village with lively shops, street stalls, cafes, bars
and restaurants. A local mini-bus called a 'Dolmus' transport you all around the
